It is somehow difficult to keep our body healthy because there are hundreds or even thousands different causes that can create problems to our body. One major aspect that greatly influences our health condition is the body weigh. It is already widely known that over weight is a major health problem. There are many bad effects that we can get if we are over weighted. First and the most serious one is the heart attack.
When we are over weighted, we are also become very lazy and reluctant to move. We prefer sit or sleep all day. This prevents us from doing healthy exercise everyday and will make our body condition even worse. That is why it is very important for us to set weight loss goals so we have this spirit and motivation to lose some weight. In setting the weight loss goals, we need to consult with our doctor or nutritionist since extreme goal will on the other hand endanger your health rather than make you healthy.
