Be Healthy by Losing some Weight

It is somehow difficult to keep our body healthy because there are hundreds or even thousands different causes that can create problems to our body. One major aspect that greatly influences our health condition is the body weigh. It is already widely known that over weight is a major health problem. There are many bad effects that we can get if we are over weighted. First and the most serious one is the heart attack.

When we are over weighted, we are also become very lazy and reluctant to move. We prefer sit or sleep all day. This prevents us from doing healthy exercise everyday and will make our body condition even worse. That is why it is very important for us to set weight loss goals so we have this spirit and motivation to lose some weight. In setting the weight loss goals, we need to consult with our doctor or nutritionist since extreme goal will on the other hand endanger your health rather than make you healthy.

Breast Cancer Free Life

No one wants to be sick. Sickness is the last thing people think in their mind because sickness can be the end of everything. We cannot underestimate even the lightest sickness that we have because it might develop into something worse. People must do healthy lifestyle and do regular exercise in order to keep healthy. But unfortunately, some sickness is inherited from their parents and some other is totally unrelated and cannot be avoided even when we are doing regular exercise.

The example of that kind of sicknesses is cancer. Cancer is caused by some irregular cell growth that somehow cannot be avoided by doing regular exercise everyday. Cancer is a very deadly disease that if not addressed and taken care quickly can cause even death. Cancer can attack any parts of people’s body including breast in women. In fact, breast cancer is one top disease that causes death in women.
